Refund Policy

At Relationshift Counselling, we're committed to providing high-quality counselling, life coaching and training services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we've designed our refund policy with fairness and clarity in mind.

Individual Sessions

No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a 50-60 minute session has been completed, we do not offer refunds.
Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel an individual session with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice or No-Shows: If you cancel an individual session with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment without notice (a "no-show"), you will be charged for 50% of the full session fee, and you may rebook at your convenience. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures fair access for all clients.

Session Packages

Refunds for Unused Sessions in a Package: If you've purchased a package of sessions and decide to discontinue services, you may request a refund for any unused sessions.
Calculation of Refund: The refund amount for unused sessions will be calculated by taking the total package price and subtracting the full individual session rate (not the discounted package rate) for each session already completed. For example, if you purchased a package of 8 sessions for $680 and completed 2 sessions, your refund would be $480 minus ($200 the full individual session rate).
No Refunds for Partially Used Sessions: Once a session from a package has been used or falls under the less than 24-hour cancellation policy, it is considered completed and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us directly at flora@relationshiftcounselling.com with your name, the date of purchase, and details of the sessions you wish to refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Exceptions

While our policy is generally firm, we understand that truly exceptional circumstances may arise. Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Relationshift Counselling.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
