Our goal is to empower your family to resolve conflicts constructively, strengthen relationships, and foster a more harmonious and supportive home environment for everyone to thrive. You can then book your first session - all first sessions are complimentary allowing you to ensure the counsellor - client fit is the best for you. Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be a combination of individual family member sessions and the family as a whole. Family Counselling sessions can be purchased as individual sessions or as a package offering a flexible booking schedule. To fit your lifestyle, evening appointments are available three days a week, and you can choose between in-person or virtual sessions. Receipts will be provided for you for insurance remittance.
